Bhindi Aloo Ki Subzi
1 pound okra (bhindi)
2 small potato (aloo), peeled and cubed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon garlic-tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon salt or to taste
1) Wash the okra and pat dry it thoroughly. Remove the stems from okra and cut into small chunks or circles. Set aside
2) To prepare Bhindi Aloo Ki Subzi simply follow the steps given for Baigan Aloo Subzi recipe posted on March 2nd, 2011 on my blog.
